Viry comes with 20+ years of experience in the ITES industry with niche in nearshore, her experience in global multicultural firms has given her valuable insights into customer expectations with which she has developed and empowered talented teams to deliver with excellence.
Currently she is an entrepreneur helping foreign companies to stablish their nearshore footprint in Mexico through the BOT model. Before, she was the CEO for Mexico at Tech Mahindra and overseed over 2500+ consultants.
In 2021, she was instrumental in the sale(4x of annual revenue) of DigitalOnUs (cloud services company offering nearshore services to global customers) where she was a co-funder and COO. Following the acquisition, she led the post-merge activities and integrated the nearshore digital workforce into a $1.7B newly formed Cloud Unit. At TechM, she enabled the win of +15 new logos under the nearshore model and was the company’s Mexico representative at all global corporate events.
As a firm believer that a diverse environment needs to start from the top, she has built a management team where 40% is women. She has participated in several conferences related to diversity, woman in IT and implemented an agile and open culture, that has resulted in an exceptional work environment.
